Meet the Inspector

Isaac A. Mendez

Born in Sierra Vista, Arizona and raised in the small border town of Bisbee, Arizona. Growing up, I always admired the mountain views, historic homes and unique architecture of my hometown. Over time, that grew into a real passion for homes and construction.

One of my biggest goals in life is to own a construction company and renovate and build homes. I felt there was no better way to start than becoming a home inspector and learning how a home works from the foundation to the roof.

Getting here was a long process. It took over a year of school, studying, hands on training, parallel inspections and eventually passing the National Home Inspector Examination and completing the requirements to become licensed in Arizona. I’m grateful for everything that process taught me and for the knowledge and experience I gained working with one of the best home inspection companies in the Phoenix area.

I’m especially thankful for my mentors who put their time, trust and knowledge into helping me grow as an inspector.

Now I’m excited to bring that experience to Copper Hills Home Inspections. With my training, experience and passion for homes, I look forward to inspecting every home with the same care and attention I would give my own.

My goal

My focus is to provide a thorough inspection, a clear and straightforward report, and practical information that helps you understand my findings and make informed decisions with confidence.

At Copper Hills Home Inspections, my job is not to convince you to buy a home or walk away from one. My job is to provide an honest and professional assessment, explain my findings clearly, and help you better understand the property you are purchasing.
