Inspection Services & Why They Matter
-
A residential home inspection provides a visual evaluation of the home’s major systems and components, including the roof, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, interior, and exterior. The inspection helps you better understand the property before moving forward with your purchase. Our clear report can also help you and your real estate agent discuss repairs, credits, or other concerns during the negotiation process.
-
A pre-listing inspection helps sellers better understand the condition of their home before placing it on the market. Identifying concerns early gives you time to make repairs, prepare for buyer questions, and reduce the likelihood of unexpected issues affecting the transaction.
-
A newly built home can still have installation defects, unfinished work, or items that were overlooked during construction. A new-construction inspection provides an independent evaluation of the completed home before your final walkthrough or closing, helping you address concerns with the builder before moving in.
-
Many newly built homes include a one year builder warranty. An 11-month warranty inspection helps identify visible defects, incomplete work, or developing concerns before that coverage expires. The report gives you documented findings that you can submit to the builder while there is still time to request eligible corrections.
-
A pool and spa inspection evaluates visible and accessible components such as the equipment, plumbing, electrical connections, surfaces, decking, and safety features. This helps buyers and homeowners understand the system’s general condition and identify concerns that may require further evaluation or repair.
